Our commitment to protecting your privacy is outlined in the policies below. This Privacy Policy was created to inform you what information we collect when you use the .STUDIO which is operated by 28 LIGHTBULBS TECHNOLOGIES FZC. (referred to as “Sites” or “our website” or “platform”) and then how that information is collected and used by us.
Who we are
.STUDIO is a software as a service platform operated by 28 Lightbulbs Technologies FZC. established in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and is registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis with offices at 217, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Overview
We know how important it is to keep your personal information confidential, especially online. When you entrust us with your personal data we take it very seriously. The personal information you provide us is used to identify you when you use the platform and when you use our mobile apps. Under no circumstances will we share your personal details with any other entity or third-party unless it relates specifically to providing you with the products or services you requested from us. We may use the information we collect to notify you about new products, events, or special offers. We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

What customer information we collect
We collect and store various information such as user details if you seek to place an order for a product from us. We process your data for processing your purchase on the platform and any possible later claims, and to provide you with our services. We may collect your title, name, gender, email address, postal address, delivery address (if different), telephone number, mobile number, fax number, payment details, payment card details or bank account details.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
Do you have access to my sales, projects and other organization data?
Any access to your data is only with obtaining your permission. All your Sales, Project, Product, Activity, Contact and any other Organization data is protected by security protocols as defined in the section “How secure is my Data“.
While we do not access any of your data as defined above, If you do access any information from the .STUDIO product library we may capture that data for market research. Your details are anonymous and will only be used for statistical purposes. Any answers to surveys or opinion polls we may ask you to complete will not be forwarded on to third parties. Disclosing your email address is only necessary if you would like to take part in competitions. We save the answers to our surveys separately from your email address.
We may further anonymise data about users of the platform generally and use it for various purposes, including ascertaining the general location of the users and usage of certain aspects of the platform or a link contained in an email to those registered to receive them, and supplying that anonymised data to third parties such as publishers. However, that anonymised data will not be capable of identifying you personally.
We may also analyse this anonymised data to create market research reports including but not limited to trend reports, case studies and articles.
If you wish to disclose your personal identifying information to us explicitly for our aggregate market research services along with your opinion we will have access to this information
What we do with information that identifies you
We may use your information to respond to information requests, to provide you with the products or services you requested, and to communicate with you. Any information you submit to us becomes the property of 28 Lightbulbs FZC.
We may pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make delivery of the products you purchase to you (for example to our courier or supplier). Your phone number may be used for notifications regarding order status and announcements of the latest deals and campaigns.
We have not and do not plan to sell or rent any of our customers or prospects personally-identifiable information to any unrelated third party. Provided, however, in the event we merge with another company or sell our stock or assets to a third party, it is possible that our customers’ information would be included in such a transaction. Except as expressly provided in this policy, we will not share your personal details with any other entity or third-party unless it relates to providing you with the information, products or services you requested from us or otherwise to provide you with a better shopping experience.
We collect demographic and profile data. We use this data to enhance your online experience on our Sites. We will also use this data to provide you with information which we believe you may have an interest in, and to display platform content according to what we determine you will prefer.
We also record your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, to manage our platform, to identify you and to gather general demographic information.
Payments that you make through the platform will be processed by our agent. You must only submit to us or our Agent or the platform information which is accurate and not misleading and you must keep it up to date and inform us of changes.
How secure is my data
Your data is secure with .STUDIO. Your data will be completely inaccessible to your competitors.
.STUDIO utilizes some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access our platform using a supported web browser, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption. When you log in, you will see a small lock icon at the bottom of your browser display, indicating that a secure connection has been established to our server.
.STUDIO provides each user in your organization with a unique username and password that must be entered each time a user logs in. .STUDIO issues a session “cookie” only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session “cookie” does not include either the username or password of the user. .STUDIO does not use “cookies” to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.
In addition, .STUDIO is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. All customer data is backed up on on a daily basis, up to the last committed transaction. .STUDIO further enhances our reliability measures by storing all customer data on mirrored disks that are mirrored across different storage cabinets and controllers. We are taking extremes to ensure your data will not be lost.
One of the core features of a multi-tenant platform is the use of a single pool of computing resources to service the needs of many different customers. .STUDIO protects your organization’s data from all other customer organizations by using a unique organization identifier, which is associated with each user’s session. Once you log in to your organization, your subsequent requests are associated with your organization, using this identifier. Additionally, your data is stored in your own database instance separate from all other customers.
We also take several steps to protect your data in our facilities. Access to your personal information is restricted. Only employees who need access to your data to perform a specific job are granted access to it. Finally, we rely on third-party service providers for the physical security of some of our computer hardware. We believe that their security procedures are adequate.
Your rights
By submitting data to us or our agent or using the Platform, you consent to our use of your data in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy to verify your identity.
If you are concerned about your data you have the right to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge.
